A Global Vision, Strategy & Building Blocks

Why

Why

A company where the long-term value of DE&I, both related to risk mitigation and value creation, is understood and recognized, and various initiatives have been developed both at a global, regional and local level. However, with investors, ESG regulators, partners, corporations and clients pushing for immediate change and outcomes, the risk of taking a reactive approach to DE&I was increasing. A proactive long-term vision with a roadmap combining existing and new initiatives towards a measurable goal that matters was needed.

What

The purpose of this work was to support the company to create the vision of what they would like to- and need to look like in 5-10 years, develop a global high level strategy, and identify main areas of priorities/building blocks leading and guiding them to accomplish their vision. Afuture helped design a DE&I Global Strategy including a vision, mapping, gap assessment and overall strategy, main priority areas and key elements to move towards that vision.

Who

Through a highly co-creative, and inclusive process with the C-suite of one of the 5 largest beauty multinationals worldwide with about 20,000 employees in 46 countries we activated the collective intelligence and arrived at deep conclusions and important results, on a personal as well as a professional level.
